Meet the CEO
LaTilda Owen, MBA is the Cofounder and CEO of LHO Business Solutions, CEO of LHO Solutions, and Cofounder and CEO of LHO HR & Staffing Solutions, which offers an array of business services to small businesses and government agencies. LaTilda’s reputation proceeds itself and the success of her clientele is a testament of the unique gifts and talents that she brings to the table. LaTilda finds joy in helping others and believes that she has been called to this service.
In 2003, LaTilda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Hampton University. She went on to complete her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Strayer University in 2010.
LaTilda volunteered as a mentor for the Thrive Mentorship Program funded by the SBA. She is also a founding member of both SheInvests and Soul Sanctuary Investment Club, which are investment clubs created to empower and educate women to make sound investment choices and create wealth.
In 2018, LaTilda was a recipient of the Women Making a Difference in the Community award. In 2019 she was a nominee for the Hampton University Top 40 under 40 award. LaTilda worked as a Community Impact Advisor for Virginia Community Capital from 2013-2020 spearheading economic development projects in the rural North Neck region of Virginia, the Jefferson Davis Corridor Project and the Brookland Park project located in Richmond, VA.
In 2021, LaTilda was nominated for the Virginia CFO of the year award in the small business category. LaTilda currently serves on the board of Mending Walls, a nonprofit with a mission of spreading political awareness through art.
During her free time, LaTilda is very active in ministry, and she has a passion for empowering women to lead Christ centered lives. LaTilda also enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies, eating out, shopping and traveling to different beaches around the world. LaTilda is married and the mother to three boys and a little girl.
Meet the COO
Maurice is the Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of LHO Business Solutions. He comes to LHO with a wealth of knowledge and experience in IT security and policy as a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). In addition, Maurice is a highly educated veteran of the United States Air force with an Associate of Science degree in Aviation Science, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Information Management. Maurice works closely with the CEO to ensure
adequate day to day business functions are being done. He adds to the company over 25 year of experience in business management, network security architecture, cloud security models, cybersecurity oversight and technical team management. Aside from, his COO duties, he works with the Director of IT to help clients with security audits, hardware and software installations and IT consultations. In his spare time Maurice enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
