Lakeisha is currently the Director of Operations and Human Resources for LHO Business Solutions. In this role, Lakeisha is responsible for the management of multiples projects across the organization and ensuring the company continuously exceeds the expectations of its clientele, as well as leading all projects within the Human Resources division.

In addition to this role she works at an insurance company  within the Utilization Management team. While her main focus has been nursing over the last few years, Lakeisha has 14 years of Human Resources experience ranging in a vast number of career fields. Lakeisha has an Associates degree from Bryant & Stratton in Applied Science and a Bachelor’s of Science degree  in Healthcare Administration. In addition to perfecting her career,  Lakeisha enjoys, reading, spending time with her kids, and enjoying her family.
